Development Department

As a student assistant in the Rhodes Development Department, I take ownership of the small-but-consequential work of keeping donor and alumni records clean. Reconciling reports, catching duplicates and malformed entries — the kind of work that nobody sees until it's wrong.

I treat it as an engineering discipline: assume nothing, verify everything, leave an audit trail.
