The story
InvestiLand was the most ambitious product I had shipped at that point: a real-estate analytics platform where agents could upload listings and receive instant AI-generated valuations, comparables, and decision briefs.
I architected the stack around Next.js 15 with a Prisma + PostgreSQL core, layered with Upstash Redis and QStash for rate-limiting and background jobs, Resend for transactional mail, and Sentry for observability. Stripe was fully integrated for subscription tiers and usage metering.
The product was acquired by a larger firm shortly after launch. The current public version has since been reshaped — I no longer own the running copy — so this page preserves a demo of the original build for context.
Marks in the margin
